职位描述/要求:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in new license applications preparation, products registration, regular regulatory reports submission, etc;
- Develop, maintain and timely update of Compliance house-keeping tours / templates for surveillance and monitoring activities, such as SAFE checklists, regulatory reporting checklist and register form, regulatory follow-up actions checklist, etc; Routine and ad-hoc reporting/filing to regulators;
- Ensure proper regulatory filings and regulations distribution to relevant departments in timely and effective manner; Responsible for regulatory licenses / certificates update and annual renewal in Beijing. Assist other branches in completing local branches’ license / certificate update & annual renewal and keep a track record on these updates;
- Provide administrative and logistic support to National Compliance Officer to ensure routine work in good order and stable;
- Assist in maintaining a quality relationship with regulators and in responding to regulatory inquiries in a professional and efficient manner; Assist in presenting a good image of BMO in all aspects of business operation; act as window contact person of the Bank to regulators (CBRC, PBOC, SAFE) in daily working level communication
- Assistance in Compliance Training and relevant record retention;
- Assistance in preparing QVR for Beijing Branch.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- 1 – 2 years work experience in banking industry or fresh graduate with high potential to grow into junior compliance officer;
- Bachelor degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant area;
- Familiar with PRC banking industry rules & regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English;
- Good Team working.
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused; able to work under pressure;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Computer literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
