1) Help to set up and implement finance policies and procedure for the company or subsidiaries
负责协助财务总监建立、建全公司内部及子公司财务会计制度
2) Assist the Finance Director in preparing all the investment analysis and reports
协助财务总监向公司准备投资分析及报告
3) Assist the Finance Director in the projects funding and getting the approval from government bodies
协助财务总监准备融资及政府批复
4) To analyze the operation performance from different investment stages
分析不同时期财务营运绩效
5) Prepare profitability and cash flow forecast for the company or subsidiaries
负责协助编制公司盈利及收支预算
6) Monitor and control operating cost and capital expenditure
对资本支出进行监控
7) Work closely with management to develop and implement operational re-engineering projects
与公司管理层共同改进项目管理流程
8）Assist in project risk management and ensure the adequate insurance cover
负责每年根据公司运营期间的不同风险状况，确定保险保障范围

Requirements: 任职资格:
1) University graduate in Accountancy or Finance.
财务或金融专业本科毕业
2) 5 years in accounting/finance and at least 2 years as finance Manager
具有5年财务及至少2年财务经理工作经验
3) Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial data and draw sound conclusions.
有较强的财务数据分析能力
4) Strong communication & analytical skills

5) Good team player

6) Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
